Weight problem

2018-06-06 16:36:22
I've been having a rapid increase in weight. I increase in weight every week when I check. Just in two years, I've gained over 50kg though I check my diet a lot. I mean I eat right, at most twice a day and not late too and walk for at least an hour every day. I try to follow advises but the increment still comes. I'm not addicted to anything apart from sex. Now, my boyfriend is getting worried about my weight and I'm afraid he might leave me. Please what might be the cause. And what should I do.
