Thank you for.sharing your height and weight so that giving an advice will be easy to us. According to your height and weight your body mass index is a bit high. And for your height your weight should be from 46-54 kgs. To loose weight you should jot skip you meals. Have 5-6 short meals a day instead if three meals. And have lemon juice with honey and try green tea. Be on diet. Diet means not fasting. You should regulate your food. Take less amount of rice and mire amount of cereal product, fruits and veggies. Have only fruits to night. Have fresh fruit juices.
