I have only 53 kg. eating fud like normal peoples but not getting fat.I have no fat in my body only like skin above bone.

Make schedule of 1 hr exercise with some of diet modification. Take endura mass and dont make a gap of more than 3 hrs of any meal. Drink 1 ltr water and coconut water. Pineapple juice with fibre 2 days in a week. Seasonal vegetables twice in a day like methi stuffed parantha in brkfst and green chana at lunch.
