I am 21 year and my height 5.7feet and weight is 54 kg .Since last 3 year my weight is not increase. Please help me to increase the weight up to 60 kg and suggest me to what should take step towards

Your weight is ok for your height. You can start exercise, that will increase your muscle mass and appetite, but remember not to take protein supplements recommended by gyms as a lot of them contain steroids.
