I'm working daily 14 hours due to my busy schedule i'm not having the food on time but i'm gaining weight a lot. Can u please let me know the reason and suggest us the quality food to loose the weight.
NOTE: i'm working on PST timings ( 8.30 PM to 10.30 PM IST) it is completely night shift.
