Weight loss problems

I have been working hard on weight loss since years but nothing seems to be working so far.i exercise,walk,diet,met many nutritionist and doctors yet I kept gaining and now recently I was told baitric surgery is only the solution.i don't want to do any surgery because I have seen people losing without any such surgery all I need is a right doctor and nutritionist.please advice.

Hi, No, i don't think so, we have treat many patient with 130 kg also. Surgery is not only solution but also weight loss diet. See, there are many reasons on not shed weight. 1. PCOD 2.
