Hi,  Ozempic can be considered but needs careful evaluation. It is not suitable for everyone and requires monitoring. A good step is to consult for personalized advice on weight management and safety. Feel free to consult for further guidance. 👍

Ozempic is not recommended for you right now. Your liver enzymes — SGOT 137.9 and SGPT 175.8 — are significantly elevated, which indicates your liver is under stress, most likely from fatty liver related to PCOS, insulin resistance, and high cholesterol. Starting a weight-loss injection with elevated liver enzymes can worsen liver inflammation. Your lipid profile is also elevated and needs attention first.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — the priority right now is understanding why your liver enzymes are high and treating that first, before considering any weight loss medication.

starting Ozempic (Semaglutide) is absolutely not recommended at this stage. Your liver enzymes are heavily elevated (SGOT at 137.9 and SGPT at 175.8). Initiating any systemic weight-loss medication while your liver is experiencing active inflammation carries a high clinical risk of worsening hepatic stress.
Next Steps
Your profile reveals a cluster of metabolic imbalances linked to PCOS, including an elevated lipid profile (Total Cholesterol 224, LDL 145.9, Non-HDL 178.3) and difficulty losing weight. This strongly points toward severe insulin resistance causing Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH/NASH)—an advanced stage of fatty liver where fat accumulation triggers cell damage and inflames your liver enzymes.
Health Tips
To thoroughly evaluate your lipid trends, review your physical markers of insulin resistance, and design a safe, liver-protective hormone regulation plan for your PCOS, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile." kindly do connect and consult with me for better treatment plan and advice on your
