Iam 26 years old , i have hypothyroid problem from past 3 years diring this time I've gained almost 15 years can u tell me the tips for weight loss and maintain my throid level ,its fleactuate .

You need very low calorie ,low fat diet with high protein. Avoid spinach, beans, mastard , all seeds, all cooking. Oils, mostly white oil or Olive oil is the best. Some garlic, ginger you can add No stress, rather only activities so that can reduce your weight.
