I have belly fat and it won't go away,any formula to get rid of stubborn belly fat faster,I am also a diabetic taking Glycinorm 80,last hba1c is 7.5,also taking medicine for hypertension. How can I improve my quality of life,I am unable to do aggressive exercises and having too much stress both at work and home,also I heard that cortisol could be a factor,how do I know if cortisol levels are normal.
