I am going​to gym and working out only cardio. I'm sweating out too. But not reducing the weight at all. Please suggest me a proper diet plan soo that I am able to loss weight.

Hi, to lose weight successfully you need to follow a healthy, low calorie diet. Eat more fruits. Add salads to your meals. Have 2 to 3 cups of green tea. A small mix of nuts daily. Avoid skipping meals or keeping long gaps between meals. Avoid fried and junk foods. Exercise regularly.
