How i can get rid of over-weight. My current weight is 82 kgs and height is 5'4".I suffered from swelling problem.Now Im practising Yoga .But still not satisfied.Actually I frequently have headache if I do jumping , cycling.

Yoga helps with flexibility & fitness ( so it is definitely good & you should continue) but not much for weight loss so include so vigorous activity it might be walking if u cannot jog & cycle
