Hi, I’m 16 years old and weigh about 200 pounds. I’m an amputee, with my prosthetics I’m 5’7” but without them I’m 5’2”. Obviously I am pretty overweight, and in reality very short so I’m scared once I lose weight I’ll have a bunch of extra/loose skin especially my breast area. Can anyone tell me what weight I should be at (I get very confused on that since I have “two heights”), what kind of diet and how much exercise I should be doing daily? Thanks so much :)
You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
