Simple tips to lose fat around abdomen: 1. Switch to complex carbs - millets, brown rice or if you feel this is not possible have equal amounts of vegetables to your rice/ roti. 2. Try to alternate your oils - sunflower, gingelly, mustard seed, peanut oil instead of using one particular oil for cooking. 3. What you see when you look at your meal plate? If you see most of your plate is filled with carbs ( rice/ roti/ by products of rice and wheat) then its time to change it proteins, fibre. 4. Have atleast 30 minutes of walk every day. 5. Slow paced eating will help you to improve your digestive health.
