I delivered a baby on 15 oct 2017 thru c cestion. I only breast feed my baby.Before pregnancy my weight was 57kg,at the tym of delivery it was 77kg & after delivery my weight was 70.5kg and now its 70.7kg.Still the same. I hadnt lose any weight. I am scared. How can i lose weight? Can i start vlcc treatment for weight loss & Inch loss? Or gym???

You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

It's better if you first start eating right and exercising right. Portion control is very important. And most crucial, do not go on a crash diet if you are still breastfeeding your baby. Because it will compromise on the nutrients to the baby. Follow a well balanced meal with a good amount of cardio.
