Q. Is there any upper limit for weight gain in babies? My baby is 6 months old. Her birth weight is 2.570 and now she is 8 kgs. Is that okay?

Weight can be monitored using growth charts which take into account the age and height of baby simultaneously

It's good considering her birth weight. Weight should be doubled the birth weight by 5 to 6 th month.
