I walk daily approx 2.5km while commuting to and from my office. Is this exercise good enough to burn fat. I feel tired after office hours and dont want to go to gym. Any diet is there which will prevent my weight gain. Will drinking enough water aid in losing weight? I take roti at night...shall i stop it and take only protein at night.
