I've had severe facial puffiness with an overall body weight gain since last 3 to 4 months .. I'm non diabetic and my thyroid reports were normal .. what could be the reason and how can I treat it

For face related issues, opt for facial yoga. For weight management, take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. With so little information it is difficult to diagnose the cause. Could be water retention due to hormonal imbalance. Is your periods regular??? Or just water retention due to high salt and sugar intake in diet. Also due to stress and lack of sleep
