TSH has almost no relevance when tested randomly.
Thyroid disease is a clinical diagnosis with tests only to support the diagnosis in a given context. The reason you see the variable readings is because different labs have different standards and tsh changes with many things including emotional state etc. Such frequent testing is a common cause for mistakes. The question is , what problem are you suffering from that prompted you to do this test?
