I was weighing less but today I have checked and I feel I have gained about 2 kgs more than yesterday . My periods is due two days ahead. Is it because of upcoming periods the weight is fluctuating?

2 kg weight gain would not be because of the periods which are due ahead Start exercising and get your thyroid levels checked
