Weight dropped on foot.

Got a lorry tyre dropped on the middle of the foot. It has swelled up a bit and pains while walking.

Get an x-ray done. If its a fracture, consult an orthopaedician. If no fracture, consult a physiotherapist, it can be asoft tissue injury in which pain+sweelling occurs+inability to bear the weight properly.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +wax therapy +some strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +ice pack +pain killer gel +use crepe bandage +no hanging of legs (keep elevated) avoid long walk/standing /stair climbing+regular ankle and foot movements.
