Weekness and tired, body pain
Too much weakness, gas problem in stomatch, body pain. Feeling tired many times by doing small amount of work. To whom I have to concern .

You have not mentioned the character of stools as if you have dr cky stool and offensive smell and all of the above mentioned symptoms then you are probably suffering from amoebic colitis ,for that you need to take medicines from your local physician ,for 10 days and avoid eating outside food and drink boiled cooled water .

Hb
PBS- for typing anaemia
vit B12
folic acid
sr. Calcium
T3,T4,TSH
