I am suffering from not keeping the erection for long time...I notice that erection lasts only for few minutes and the moment I star the sexual intercourse I ejaculate immediately. It makes me not enjoying nor my wife. Please suggest a treatment for me. I am not having PB or heart or Diabetes..i don't smoke or drink.
