Ello doctor I am running everyday and working on my fat loss my intake does not include any fatty food I have been noticing weight reduction in my body but with that I also feel week and sometimes also while doing hard physical work I feel dizzy can you please help me with whatever I can do thank you.

The key to weight loss n fat loss is taking more protein and good fats... And reducing carbs... And also  being calorie conscious...

Take portion meals....like devide your food in 6-7 meals in a day Instead of having only 3 meals. Drink plenty of water....
