vitamin A, iron, folic acid,
B12, zinc particularly goes high and other vitamins and minerals are also required. So I will suggest you take iron syrup like tonoferon, vitcofol, dexorange, etc.
For multivitamins you can take sy.bevon one teaspoon three times a day.
As you are not able to take solids you can take soft dal rice, curd rice, vegetable daliya, idli sambhar, vegetable upma, boiled eggs, vegetable soup, boiled vegetables, whole moong soup, milk oats, rava kheer, sheera, daiya in milk and slowly shift to solid foods.
