I was diagnosed with dengue and typhoid 2 weeks back. Due to low platelets level I was hospitaliazed for a week. After that I have a lot and lot of weakness.I am having a lot of body pain. I can't even get up from bed easily Coz my spine hurts. I am easily contracting infections like cough, cold. Please help
