Hi welcome & good to see your contents as problems you are facing , I can advice simply that you must not eat
1>any type out side oily or fried (bhaji) foods, no junk/fats foods at all.
2>Drink water after 30 min of each meal mainly Lunch & Dinner.. to avoud gas.
3> Add pleny of salad, green vegetables, in all meals
4> Take Guava, apple, berries, & come citrus fruits daily 200gm (11 am or 3-4 pm not in evening )
5> No alcohol or tabaco products
6> sleep quick at night not later after 10 pm & early wake up in the morning with a 1-2 hours exercises .even after night meals -dinner just walki & have some yogs & fat burning poses.
YOU NEED PROPER BALANCED DIET VERY LOW FAT , LOW ANIMAL FOODS OR SPICY FOODS RATHER LIGHT FOODS. You can consult me as I have clinic at Ranchi or contact any good Dieitian.
