My father in law having done brain surgery last year n having a last stage of cancer But he was fine till now but from last two days he is feeling very weak n not able to recognize any one faster please suggest what should we do now

Sudden  onset of confusion  and other cognitive  decline  points out a condition  called  delirium.every common  in old age. We need  to rule out the causes of delirium. Serum electrolytes, complete blood  picture, creatinine and BUN, Rbs these are the following  routine  tests to be done.... And then show it to a general  physician
