Hello, i've suddenly developed a weak tight, and heavy feeling in my right arm that I can feel fron my fingertips into my shoulder. I was playing guotar for an hour or so, and it suddenly came on. However that's never happened when i've played before. Last night i was also have stomach pain and my chest was pretty tight, i could feel it in my throat, i figured it was heartburn and i was also gassy. Im still a bit gassy now , but my chest pain isn't here at the moment.
