Hello, Vaccine is ok. No relationship. Loose motions if persist, then consult your doctor or online consultation. Follow my Instagram/tiwari_child_clinic for Health Q&A. 🙏Tiwari child clinic Delhi🙏

Hi... Weight is fine for age 4 months. If there is fever more than 100 F only or child is in pain due to vaccine on thigh, only then give pcm drops. Otherwise no need to give. If baby is exclusively breastfed, then dont worry for the quality of 2 episodes of slightly loose stools. Just give few extra breastfeeds as per baby s hunger. Episode doesnt have any connection to paracetamol or vaccine.
Next Steps
keep monitoring urine output and stools
Health Tips
if persistent loose stools, decreased urine output, very poor oral acceptance, blood in stools, consult your pediatrician
