Stop lactulose now ,make sure child is not dehydrated ,plz visit paediatrician

I don’t see the age and weight of the child. A better advice is possible if you mentioned it First you should stop lactulose Start ORS - quantity depends on the age of the child Do not give sugary drinks or juices Avoid milk for now - better give him curd/ yoghurt/ any drink with probiotics/ coconut water Banana has stool binding properties and should be encouraged Khitchri/ rice with curd

Stop laculose first....whether he is active and alert ? Whether the child pass urine frequently..then fine,just give him ORS
