My eyes are excessively watering. Started yesterday and is currently continuing. They are swollen and bloodshot.

It seems to be blepharoconjnctivtis. Please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Hello This is suggestive of conjunctivitis Try A cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
