My son is 3 months old. His right eye is watering alot since 10 days! Now he gets little bit swelling too in his both eyes when he wakes up. Someone advised us as its some duct blockage which can only be healed with proper massage. Please suggest us !!

Cong naso-lacrimal duct(COND) leads to mild watering but due to secondary infection his eyes became swollen & watering increased, put antibiotic  drops(vigamox eye drops) 5-6 times a day & ask her mother to learn how to message from ophthmologist for COND.Massage is done while lactating the child so that child does not cry.
