Water in my eyes

Hello doctor, I am 33 year old and from past 2-3 days I am getting water in my both eyes...no visibility issues , no swelling and no other issues only getting water in both eyes which is also only I can feel not visible to others...I just dab with cotton hanky and after some time again same issue... Please suggest and eye drop or any home remedies.. Thanks in advance

Hello A. Reduce screen use B. Try lubricating eyedrop like lubrex Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist
