My mom suddenly developed small itchy boils on her hand. She loves gardening so not sure if it is because of some pollens or anything. But she suddenly developed this on her hand. So please recommend me some ointment or some medicine.please prescribe me some medicine.

Need few more details 1. Are they only on one hand? 2. Was there itch/pain/mild rash before onset of the above? 3. Did she have shoulder or back pain in the past few days 4. Are they painful? 5. Does she have any other issues like Diabetis?
