Im gaining weight, up normally within few months. Most of the weight are from my thighs, calves and butt. They are like tree branch. I want to slim it down within two weeks. Will water fasting and jogging help?.
My current weight is 55 kg, i want to loss 6 kg in 2 weeks. Will that be possible to loss that much ??
