May I know any significant difference between water based minoxidil and alcohol based topical minoxidil?? Because when I was using water based one I didn't get any side effects but when I switched to use alcohol based it is causing lot of side effects

Alcohol base causes dryness of scalp and irritation in some. So, if u ok with water based then continue.
