I was on the pill for 21 days, today being the last. When should I expect my period, and when should I start the next file?

You wait till 5- 7 days.Usually after taking pills period is coming after one week.Then you can start the new pack . Regarding day I don't know by which date you want to start.For details contact me through practo.
