I have had warts on head for last 21 years. Almost every year, I try to get it operated by cortirization or burnt thru laser. But, its comes back after each surgery. It's painful and itchy. It bleeds when hurt while combing . is there any permanent solution to these warts. I can't bear the trouble. It causes

A minor surgical excision would be better if it is keep on recurring. And something for last 21 year I think they are not warts. You must consult a good dermatologist.
