If its just single, it can be destroyed till base and removed effectively electrocautery or CO2 laser therapy. If they are multiple then oral immunomodulators along with localized injection or MMR or BCG vaccines at regular intervals can be done. Either ways for effective treatment consult a qualified dermatologist who can assess and evaluate the next step effectively.
