I see that small small warts started growing on my face neck and armpits and between thighs area I wanted to get rid of these without any marks. I heared salycylic acid is not best bcz it might leave marks. Suggest me solutions Also wanted to know you these are coming. I have in genetics though but suddenly these are increased
