Wart like structure on my hands

Hello. I have these growth on my hands which started from one but now it has soread to my right hands. On the fingers mostly. What are these? How to stop them from spreading and how to remove the existing ones?

Vital wart, contagious. Treat existing to avoid spreading. Van be removed at a dermat clinic by cauterisation or laser or cryo  in one sitting . Otherwise some solution can be tried at home, takes longer time. Consult / Dm online on practo to discuss

Yes these look like want .these will keep spreading locally if you don’t get it removed. They can easily be removed by co2 laser or cautery
