  4. Warm head & body. Active and energetic.

Warm head & body

I have 2 sons. One is 4 years old and other one is 1 year old. Both sons head & body always warm. Sometimes I feel like they have fever but temperatures is normal. Is it Natural or do I need to check with doctor. Both are active and energetic.
