Acceptance is the first most important thing towards any change in life.
You are now 29 yrs old. And as per your description you were off pubg for almost more than 28.6 years!!!! OMG! That it self suggest u can remain off pubg very easily. Try to recall Life before for around more than 28.6 years . There was no pubg, still you were enjoying !
Few simple things which you can start doing
Try to involve with real World rather than virtual mobile games
Maintain daily routine with regular sleep and wake cycle, eating pattern
Start exercising if you are not doing them now
Whenever , u have urge to play the game , try to do other things like playing with kids , doing your expected work , listening music, or any of your hobby, chatting with someone, drawing , writing a journal, cooking etc etc
Don't forget to pat yourself with achievement of smaller goals .
Keep a schedule of for how much time you played the game . And how much you are able to curb it down.
Keep yourself off mobile phone as much as possible . Limit your urge to use it throughout day and night even use of social media also.
With these simple measures I hope you will be able to deal with your so called addiction.
