I have low breast milk secretion..I tried home remedies too since I feel it's low..can I take wanto lact morning nd night..
Will it cause any side effects.for both baby nd me. please let me know

Yes you can try, I would suggest more anything else most important to increase milk is mental and physical relaxation. Enjoy your baby, get involved in care of your baby. It’s just a matter of time, you are going to get plenty of milk.

These is no mother with insufficient milk. You need to relax and be confident. Have more of mom-baby time which increases bonding. This increases ur oxytocin levels and hence the milk production.
