I am gaining weight..i am 68 kilos but i want to be slim.what i should do...or proper diet that i should follow..please help me in this..

Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti...  Avoid  junk food, oily food items..  Exercise  regularly (yoga or aerobics)...
