I am 20 years old my height is 5'6 and I do regular gyming cycling swimming running !then do my weight is 105 kg and want to reduce it !

Your weight is approximately 40 kg in excess of ypur ideal body weight according  your height. I would suggest you that uou try out all diet methods n exercise n physiotherapy but that will help you to lose max upto 15-16 kgs. That also will bounce back once you stop them.
