I am have sinusitis symptoms since 2012,j need a advice for nasal congestion,and sinus issues. My symptoms includes early morning sneezing,and midnight sleep snoring

Hi noted above history and related issues. As you mentioned above symptoms since 2012 means chronic nasal symptoms and sinusitis with secondary frequency exacerbate.

further detailed history is needed to help you..need to take long term antihistamines and also nasal sprays in case of sinusitis.. take steam inhalation and warm saline gargles. consult a pulmonologist for detaield evaluation!
