My current height is 5'4" only,My mother's height is 5'2" and my father's height is 5'8".Please suggest some ways to help me increase my height some inches more.

Hi Hi it's less likely to increase height at this age , there are many factors influencing growth rate like hereditary, exercise and general condition of the individual... Skipping swimming would add up for improving height...
