Hi doc! Am preg through ivf (twins,3rd month started) I feel bloated sometimes!So am walking for 15-20mts daily !is that ok?! Can I walk daily!? Also I feel nauseous some days n not some days! Why so ?!

Slow walking is allowed but don't try to power walk. The varying of nausea is normal in pregnancy.

Yes u must walk.it is okay. Pregnancy  hormones will cause vomiting n that is normal too
