Walking aid for AVN hip problem

Hi Doctors, Could you please suggest the type of walking aid that I can use for both left and right hip joint AVN? Since I should not be putting my weight on my hip and both my hip joints are damaged, I am not really sure which walking aid to opt. Thanks in advance.

You can use a walking frame or 2 elbow crutches. However I would like to know which stage your AVN is in. I generally advise surgery for AVN of the femoral heads.
